I’m pretty much an idiot when it comes to this stuff so please forgive my ignorance. I uploaded video to the media but do not understand how to insert it’s source/code into the “input your content here” slider instructions:

Input your Content here. You can input the Embedded Code for Videos like You Tube Video or any other HTML, iframe content here. The Content Width must be within 930px. If it is activated the following sliding images will not work.
