Refund Policy

We trust our users and that's why D5 Creation offers a full or partial refund within 15 (fifteen) days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. The Refund may take few days to reflect to your Payment Method which is managed by 2checkout.com.

Since D5 Creation is offering non-tangible goods, we strongly believe that you will take your time to check our products from our Demo Server and make sure you are fully satisfied before joining or purchasing. Please Contact Us if you need further information.

We make simple and easy to use WordPress Themes maintaining Quality. We are sure, you will like them to use and there won’t be any refund issue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We will certainly rectify all issues with downloads, if you have any issues, you can report it to the support forum at https://d5creation.com/forum

No returns / refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:

  • completely Non-Functional ( We shall check in your dashboard ),
  • and you’ve posted a support post in D5 Creation Forum but you didn't get any response in 03 business days ( generally we respond within few hours ),
  • and/or product's main description was fully misleading.

- then you do have the option to request a refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:

  • you have changed your mind about an item/subscription,
  • you bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you,
  • product was bought by your employee or inmate from your Credit/Debit Card, PayPal account which he/she had legal access,
  • you refused provide to our support staff access to your web-site to investigate our product you are having issue with,
  • it has expired more than a 15 days after purchase and you even didn't add at least one post on D5 Creation Forum with a real issue.
In case, if you ask for features that are not available in the Themes, then we will do all the possible things with your cooperation and try to implement the functionality in the Theme. In case if it is time consuming and needs more coding process, then we will recommend you to go for a Freelancer and/or take our Custom Service Opportunities. Refund won’t be possible in such cases, since it is not a bug in the theme.

D5 Creation offers a full or partial refund within 15 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case D5 Creation has the right to ask questions for the refund and we have also the right NOT to offer the refund if we see reasonable.

Please also note that:

  • You may cancel your account at anytime; however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
  • If you will get a refund (from your Credit/Debit Card Company and PayPal etc.) you cannot use the downloaded Extended Theme/s anymore.
  • If the product after update is still damaged within your Membership Period, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
  • Refunds can take several days to reflect in your account.

The above notice applies to all of our Membership Plans.

There are no refunds for purchased services. You may of course cancel anytime, but because of the nature of services, because it requires hands-on time and work to be spent by staff which cannot be returned, refunds naturally are not possible.
