What happens after my Subscription/Membership expires?

You may continue to use our Free/Pro/Extend Themes you have downloaded during your membership period. You can also get forum support. However, after your membership period has expired you will not be able to download Pro/Extend Themes nor ask for E-Mail Support and Dedicated Support

Shall I Lose Everything ? Do I need to do from the Scratch ?

NO, You will not lose anything if you don't make any changes to the Theme Files. All of your Contents, Posts, Pages, Menus, WidGets, Settings will remain as it is after installing/updating to Extended Versions

Can I get a Refund after Payment?

YES. We trust our users, and that's why D5 Creation offers a full or partial refund within 15 (fifteen) days starting from the moment the member makes the payment. D5 Creation reserves the right to ask questions regarding the refund, and we also reserve the right to deny the refund, if we believe the request to be unreasonable. Can I share my username and password with others?

No. A username and password is specific to one person with up to five IP addresses only. If you share your details, you will receive an automatic suspension of your account. Also, if your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately

Can I See Your Products before Purchasing a Membership?
