Unfortunately only the STARTER, ADVANCED Members can download and use Pro Themes. DEVELOPER Members can download and use Pro/Extend Themes. We found that you were a 06 Months’ STARTER Member. Theme was updated as per the WordPress Core Updates. That was a major update.
