Please follow the following Options:
– Log in to D5 Creation site and Download the CORPORATE Extend
– Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel of your site
– Select the Appearance panel, then Themes
– Select Add New, then Upload Theme
– Use the Upload link in the to upload a zipped copy of a Theme that you have previously downloaded to your machine
– Click Choose File to locate a Theme you would like to use
– Click Install Now
– Click Activate
You will not loss any of your data.
