We have checked your site and our demo but nothing found wrong. Suppose in our demo if we click the PAGE MENU a drop down sub menu appears with 05 menu items. Then when we click/touch anywhere outside the menu the drop down sub menu disappears. This should work and is working without any issue. We checked it using Chrome and Firefox browser of Android.
There is an issue of positioning the heading and heading description and is present only in the default browser of Android. No Errors regarding Menus. That was just an issue of margin:0. Please update the style-responsive.css file with the file from the Updated Theme.
