Your site is not using the most recent Version of Innovation Extend. You Should Update to the Latest Innovation Extend.
The Testimonial Problem is not a Theme issue. The Scripts are not loading properly. This may be due to any caching plugin or CloudFlare. If you have any caching plugin installed, you should purge the cache and if you use CloudFlare, you should also purge the cache.
You should also check desibling your plugins one by one if the above not solve your problem
