Please consider that YouTube Embedding is not controlled by Themes. These are WordPress Core Features. You can simply paste the YouTube URL in the Editor of Page/Post in Text Mode. That will show your Video. You may use any Plugin for controlling YouTube

You can also add YouYube using iFrame method to control the Width and Height
