We tested it and worked for us. If you can use it properly, it should work without any issue. You should change the .sampleclass1 and http://domain.com/sample.png of your own. You should use sampleclass1 instead of Font Awesome Icon Name. If you provide the following information in our Technical Support, we can check your site.

Site URL and a Temporary Admin ID and Password
