We found that you downloaded the Premium Extend, not SPARK Extend. This is not a problem because Premium Extend and SPARK Extend is same is features and appearance. Did you activate the Responsive Layout from WP-Admin > Appearance > Premium Options > General Options ?

BTW, what is your Site URL ?
