If the reloading problem remains, that may be a caching problem of your browser. You may check clearing all history of your browser. Did you delete everything from the Custom Code within Head Area Box and pasted the new code ? If yes, your site should not reload during resizing. Please consider that you are using the Slider differently. The Background Image and Slide Texts should be used for normal behavior of the Theme
