If you do not want to show the Title, Description and Read More you can do the following. You will also find the option to show Full Content instead of Excerpt. Please consider that Excerpt is a WordPress Core feature and don’t show the Bullet Points. But, you can still show a Read More Link with Full Content when the Read More link will be added manually during Post/News Editing
