I have a larger problem and your CHAT option seems to be off all the time. At this time I am unable to access WP-Admin. I get this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting T_FUNCTION in /var/www/vhosts/brayarchitects.com/httpdocs/WP/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-plugin-install-list-table.php on line 318

line 318 shows this:
