We apologize for any inconvenience. We wish to check every line of code of our user’s site. But the practical situation is different. We see that you customized the theme. The slider may disappear due to your customization. We can only support when you didn’t make any customization.

BTW, you deleted the credit line and the credit line is as follows,

How will we get motivation if you claim the theme is Powered By your own. We and the WordPress team engaged thousands of hours for developing such Themes and WordPress Core. Is it justified to claim the Design by your own?

“Very close to switching themes if I get another rude response from D5.” You can use any theme you like but we mentioned in the Contact Page that the Users should write in this forum for getting support. If you don’t read those lines what can we do? We can just say you to write in this forum.
