Suppose, you have become a STARTER or ADVANCED Member and you want to become a DEVELOPER Member after some days. Normally we issue full refund of the STARTER or ADVANCED Payment if the up-gradation happens within 10-20 days. If the 10-20 days passes we issue partial refund for the STARTER and ADVANCED Payment calculating the duration remaining and number of Themes already downloaded.
