D5 SOCIALIA THEME UPDATED TO 1.2.8 VERSION AND UPLOADED TO SERVER

[D5 Creation]

D5 Socialia Theme Updated to 1.2.8 Version and Uploaded to Server on June 29, 2012. You can download the theme for free. The details of the Theme will be found Here.

Some changes have been made in this version. Unnecessary code has been deleted and the Theme has been more sophisticated and faster. The theme will now show the blog title and description if you have no logo image.

Some Users reported for the sliding image problem for the second image for the first time site loading. This version has been fixed the problem.

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

Please help! Same thing happens with d5-socialia-pro-theme-psd and d5-socialia-theme-psd

Dear Ivan,

We replied your email today. We hope that you could install the theme. The d5-socialia-pro-theme-psd.zip has two folders inside it. First of all unzip the folder. You can unzip the folder easily using windows tools or other third party free tools like 7-zip. Then you will find two folders named PSD which contains the PSD formats of necessary images those you may edit if needed. You will find another folder named d5-socialia-pro.zip. This is the theme actually. Just upload this file into your WordPress.

If you can’t do this please check your e-mail. We separated the theme folder for you and sent it to your e-mail. Just download the attachment and upload the theme to your WordPress.

i was able to upload the theme but it is still showing up as “theme preview” I also do not see “theme options”. I installed on a local wordpress installation on a mac (mamp).

We apologize for any inconvenience.
You will find the Theme Options under WP Dashboard> Appearance > D5 Socialia Options
Then Select the General Tab.
If you checked
Check to Hide the Site Logo

Click here to Hide the Site Logo. If Checked it will show the Site Title Text

Then your site will not show the SIte Logo. It will display the Site Title. (Small Red Circle)ance

If you want to show the logo you need to be unchecked the above option and should upload your new logo. (Large Red Circle)

I’m not seeing the D5 Solialia Options available in my Appearance Menu.

All I have is Themes, Widgets, Menus, Edit Css, and Editor.

I am using wordpress 3.4.2 and D5 Socialia 1.2.8 that I installed in my database using an FTP program.

I really love your theme, but since I’m missing the Options menu, I’m having a hard time implementing it.

Thank you for your appreciation. The Free Version has no Theme Options. If you like the Theme Options you need to use the Pro Version that the above user is using.

Hello,

You were still using the FREE Version of D5 Socialia Theme. You needed to
install the Pro Version and Activated that. We installed the Pro Version
and Activated That. You will get the Theme Options Now.

Please also configure your Menu Items.

You need to download from https://d5creation.com/2012/06/14/d5socialiapro/ Link which is PRO Version. You can download from this link. You will find the Pro Zip Archive from here.

I downloaded it for the first time. Apparently, it also is the free version. Check please that is downloaded according to this reference.

I also wanted to try this thema out and had the same error message. I read this but I don’t see where to put the PSD folder . Do I just put it anywhere or in the wordpress folder ? The d5-socialia-pro.zip is probably the theme itself and do I put this under the themes folder?

Now the folder structure was changed. You can find the PSD files under images folder. You can edit those files and can use them. You can install the theme as normal installation.
