    The support for the FREE users is a volunteer task, isn’t it? We expect that some of the user would reply them. Our staffs remain busy supporting the Pro Members because the Pro Members user base is growing now a days and they are paying for our survival. The thread you followed is the only way implementing the featured images. Thousands of DISCUSSION users are applying that procedure without any issue. That is the WP’s core feature, not the Theme’s. Please check everything again. You can also take the advantage of our Service so that our staff can investigate your WP Admin for any customized code your are using which is conflicting that core WP feature.
