“Feature Box Description” in Simplify Extended

How do I add an image to “Feature Box Description” in Simplify Extended?

Even better, how can I just add a 4th box to the left of the other three boxes instead of the description? Here is the site–(I tried to add a screen shot but that doesn’t work?!) http://www.afghanimpact.com

I’d like to add another feature box directly to the left of “The History”:

You can add images in the Featured Descriptions implementing html img tag, like
