Using WP 4.1 and newspress lite. Installed and activated the Google Adsense plugin, and now the front page slider shows <!– dynamicgoogletags.update(); //–> in the excerpt that appears during the slider display. I’ve removed the code for the excerpt for now.
Apparently the Adsense plugin inserts the following code at the beginning of any post text display:
<script><!– dynamicgoogletags.update(); //–></script>
It does not matter whether the excerpt comes from the main text, or from a custom alternate excerpt written on the backend, the code still shows up.
Anyone got a fix for this?
