    My theme “Smartia” is no more editable through Appearance/Smartia Options
    Hope to get an urgent advice

    Please find that we have already replied to your E-Mail

    We believe this is not a problem related to the Themes.
    You can check disabling all plugins and enable one by one to find any of them is responsible or not.
    You can check clearing your site’s and browsers cache.

    Most of the time, these types of issues are raised because the JavaScripts don’t load properly due to your server’s settings or blocking.
    We find that you have already changed some items. So, the new issue is not related to the Theme.

    If you provide us the Site URL, One Temporary Admin Username and Password to [email protected] we can check your dashboard.
