    Is it possible to in the Premium Extend theme to only have the sidebar on one page? I only want it on the blog page of my website. I see the option in the general Premium appearance settings to have the entire website set to a full page or a page with a sidebar. However, I want the website to be full page with exception of the blog page. Is this possible?

    Yes, that is possible. You can set your Page Templates “Full Width” during creating or editing Pages
