If I upgrade to pro, will I lose all my content on the free wordpress that I’ve created?

No, You will not lose any post, page, menu, images contents. Only the settings will be added for Pro because Pro version includes extra functionality.

By upgrading to the pro line….could I add a video to the main page? That is the biggest factor for me. Where you can insert a image for a banner I can replace that with a video? Please help

Is there a way when I install my upgrade to Pro to have the old free version settings to transfer over?

For Small Business the all the versions can share the same settings.
