We cant find ou how to embedding videos in the new videogallery.

Is it possible to customise headlines in that category ?

You can activate the Video News from WP-Admin > Appearance > NewsPress Options > Video News
You can simply paste the YouTube URL to the Box of Video News. You can also paste the Embed Code. You will find the Embed Code under the YouTube Video > Share > Embed

You can use the YouTube URL or Embed Code in the Normal News Editor selecting Text Mode, too
