Slider does not work since the update wordpress and facebook

Hello I am hier first time . My english is not perfect . I have nice side in D5 creation http://www.brygidaibartek.pl for 1 year. Now Slider does not work since the update wordpress what I can do Help, help
Second question facebook , I have in right side window “znajdż nas na facebooku” (serch us in fecebook) but is empty http://brygidaibartek.pl/blog/

You need not wait. The issue was resolved in August 2013. You can Update your Theme Version to the Latest and that will work without any issue.

We found that Your Membership Period was already finished on December 2013. If you need the DEVELOPER Membership you can become that from your Profile. You will need to pay full payment for the DEVELOPER Membership because your current Membership Level is FREE.

Please Update Your Theme. You can do the following. This process will not delete any of your posts, pages, contents, menus etc.

Log in to D5 Creation and download D5 Corporate Theme to your Computer

Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel of your site

Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.

Activate another Theme present in the list, then Delete the Theme (D5 Corporate) You want to Update.

Select Install Themes

Use the Upload link in the top sub-menu to upload a zipped copy of a Theme that you have previously downloaded to your machine.

Click Choose File to locate a Theme you would like to use.

Click Install Now
