    I see in your Small Business Extend example it has a menu on the top left of the page (in the same header as the Twitter & Facebook icons). This is labelled “Login”, “Forum”, “Contact Us” etc. How can I embrace those and put a Contact Us page etc up there? I have searched through to template and can’t find where to do it. Thank you!

    You can use Contact Form 7 Plugin for generating any type of Contact Template. You can design your Custom Menus also.
