Switch theme left to right

Hi, I was searching for a theme in the WordPress theme section and found Smartia Theme. This is the theme that I was looking for. I just need a little bit of help. I’m using the Persian language which is right to left. I tried to use RTL plugin, but the problem is it switch the sidebar right to left and there isn’t an option to switch it back. I don’t want to use the plugin.
1. Can I switch the sequence of top menu? I mean it start from left to right, like home, about, contact etc, but in Farsi, it starts from the right side. Can I just switch the side?
2. How I can switch text sequence from left to right? Right now if I write something, allignment will be left, I want it to be right. Every text starts from right to left.
3. Is there a way to have a login icon at the top? I didn’t find a way so I made a menu and put it in the sidebar.
I really appreciate you guys help.

Thank you for the response. At this moment I can’t afford to buy your extended theme. Quick question. Can I modify the free version of the theme? For example, use a plugin to edit and make changes according to my needs. I’ll just use it for my website. I’ll not sell or not give it to anyone. Thank you
