    Hey there. I’m currently using version 2.7 of Searchlight-Extend, and received a notification to update the theme to version 3.1.

    I am aware that Automatic update is unavailable for this theme. But downloading the searchlight-extend.zip and trying to install it via WordPress Dashboard is also unsuccessful, with the error message as displayed below.

    Assistance will be appreciated – thanks!

    Destination folder already exists.
    Theme install failed.

    You need to remove the theme first before attempting to upload
