We recently updated WordPress to 3.6 and there were updates to Plugins that we did as well. We are led to believe that one of these updates messed up our website as it appears the theme is there but none of the customized formatting/CSS that was done to the website shows up. We also lost the Authorize.net plug in on our order page even though it is still activated. Our website is : http://www.pairdownloader.com

We are using the D5 Business Line (free theme).

We are very new to WordPress/WooThemes/WooSubscriptions but we did not think that doing the updates would change the website so dramatically.

Any recommendations on where to start fixing this at so we can get our website back to the way it appeared prior to the updates?
