I apologise if this is a silly question/issue.
My D5 creation themes never offer automatic updates, so I’m imagining that we’re meant to do this manually. So what’s the problem?
It seems to mean deleting or uninstalling an existing individual theme before reinstalling it. So like if NewsPress is installed, it means having to remove it first. That seems to mean losing configurations and having to reconfigure all over.
Not sure – am I missing how to do this properly. How are theme upgrades to be done without losing some or all configuraitons?
