    Unfortunately, when you upgrade to v9.3, the “Number of Words for Heading News before Read More” parameter is ignored.
    It is the same for the “Number of Words for Sub Heading News before Read More” — despite being set to zero (0), the default no. of words is being displayed.
    This is happening in NewsPress Options > Front Page Settings > Heading
    Also in NewsPress Options > Front Page Settings > Sub Headings

    Another issue with v9.3 is that the founts are reset.

    We are sorry for the late in reply.

    Please find that we have set 10 words for the Heading and 70 words for the Sub Heading with the latest version of NewsPress Extend in our Testing Environment which are working perfectly. BTW, what is your Site URL ?

    You can check again Clearing the Cache.

    Updated to version 9.7, previously breaking news was working… but, main was not showing (update to 9.7 solved menu problem), now “Breaking News” only shows a blank narrow white bpx across the screen. Can you help? Blessings, John Ross

    Please find the NewsPress Extend Demo Here. This is on the Latest Version.
    We have our own sites, too with NewsPress Extend. Those are showing the Breaking News Section Perfectly. So, we believe that you may be facing Caching Issues. Please Clear the Site Cache and Check again.

    Still the same result after clearing cache… just a white blank box across the screen below my menu.

    May we request you to Create a Temporary Admin Username and Password and Share those to us including the Site URL to [email protected] ?
    We need to check it from the WprdPress Dashboard because we didn’t find such issues neither in our Testing Environment nor in the Demo.
