My god, this is a terrible way to start this working relationship.
I just attempted 4 times to upgrade my membership being denied each time.
Finally, my bank calls me, verifys, approves the transaction, but it shows I am still a FREE member.
So, basically you have my $50 and I have no ability to download and install the templates I need.
Nor, am I suppose to have email support.
PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.
