    I have sent two emails to the sales team, as well as posted on the forum about a month ago and have gotten no reply to any of my communications. I’m going to try one more time here.

    If I purchase the Developer membership for a year and upgrade my website (currently using the free corporate theme), what happens if I don’t renew in a year? Does my website stay the same? Does it revert back to the free version? Someone please help me out.

    There is no direct email address on the page to write to from my personal email, only the contact pages for the sales team or the inquiry desk. I sent two emails to the sales team. I will now try sending one to the inquiry desk. Is there a better way to contact you guys? Maybe a direct email?
