I have been trying via email, online chat, facebook to get someone from this company to respond to my questions, for three days. I am interested in purchasing this template…http://demo.d5creation.com/themes/?theme=SPARK it is the one with the blue angled background. However i need to know if the section with the Project Staff Images/Links section can be removed once I purchase it, as well as the side bar with the META, Contact, Etc.

You can Disable the Staff Section Easily from SPARK Options. You can also Leave the Link Fields Blank
