Feature Box from Font Awesome not changing

I have tried changing the default Font awesome icon and it just creates a white to blue rollover button.
I have also changed the icon to a graphics and it does not show at all.
Theme Innovation – extended

How do I do this through the menu provided through the theme editor?

What is your site url ?
Did you use the icon with fa- prefix ?
When you will use the Graphics the icon field should left blank

PaPaPfisk.com but I have the work hidden behind a construction page.
Yes I’m using the fa prefix
I have tried fa-atom and a small thumbnail as an image to replace the graphic from Font awesome.
Neither work at all.

Please find that we used the Icon and one Image which are showing properly in our Test Environment

You can provide us the Site URL, One Temporary Admin Username and Password in the Contact if you want us further checking your site.
