Hosting/Server Resources Limits for WordPress

Your Server should have the Following Values or more in the PHP.INI File. Some host may permit you to set these values from their Control Panel Interface and Some may not. If you can not change these, please contact your hosting/server provider. These values are very important not only for the Demo Importing but also for overall WordPress Experiences. You can also check these values from WP-Admin > Tools > Site Health > Info > Server but can not change these from there.

max_execution_time = 120 max_input_time=120 max_input_nesting_level = 256 max_input_vars = 3000 memory_limit = 512M post_max_size = 70M upload_max_filesize = 70M

For PHP-FPM Settings, the values should be like this

php_value[max_execution_time] = 120 php_value[max_input_time] =120 php_value[max_input_nesting_level] = 256 php_value[max_input_vars] = 3000 php_value[memory_limit] = 512M php_value[post_max_size] = 70M php_value[upload_max_filesize] = 70M

You may face problems during Saving Options if the max_input_vars = 3000 value is not sufficient.
