    When I create a new page with the D5 Design Theme, it auto-generates a shaded image of stencils under the Default Template Page Attributes. How do I remove this? I does not populate this image when placed on Blog, Front Page or Full Width Template option.

    You can replace the default image from the Theme Options. It will be better if you will set one image as Featured Image with every post or page. You can find Featured Image Setting Process in this Forum.
