We have 53 Theme Versions. Which Theme are you using and what is the Site URL ?
Did you check the DEMO in different devices ? http://demo.d5creation.com/wp/themes/d5businessline

Did you Activate the Responsive Layout from WP-Admin > Appearance > Business Line Options > General Options ?

There are various plugins for this but we recommend to use the Theme’s default Responsive Layout
