How do I download the version of the theme simplify extend. I give in “download extend version” and just sends me my profile but not download anything. and when I try to do it again and tells me to download it.

D5 CreationIf you read the Membership Page and Simplify Theme Page carefully you will find that only the DEVELOPER Members can download and use Extend Edition Themes.

I was looking forward to downloading the extended version as well. I signed up, became a free member, then paid for the 6 months membership, and then when I tried to download the Simplify Extend version, it brought me to my profile page. So how do I download the Simplify Extend? I clicked on the button at the middle of the page which indicates I should be able to do so. Please help.

We see that your Membership Level is STARTER. The above answer is also applicable for you.
AnonymousWould you like nice referrals and more business in the future? then treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. I requested a refund because I am not getting what I paid for and you have denied that. Good business practices in today’s world get you farther with honey than vinegar. I want my money back. Please see to it that this is done immediately. Thank you!
D5 CreationWe mentioned in our Membership Page Clearly that the Extend Editions are for the DEVELOPER Members only. We also mentioned it in our Theme Pages. If you don’t read those is that our fault? Please read our ToS and the FAQ Section of Membership Page. We also mentioned that Refund is not possible after the Membership has created.

David CoonsYou are very misleading about what you get for the starter package and I see that it is a scam to get people to buy quickly so that you get their money and do not have to issue a refund. I will do every thing in my power to flame you on my website and every social media option there is. judging by your responses to all the help questions above you have very little consideration for your customers. I guess I am stuck with you for 6 months since I cant get a refund and can’t afford to go any where else.You must be so proud.As I have said you are very misleading and have extremely shady business practices.
D5 CreationWe apologize if our information doesn’t make you clear. We have issued refund of Your STARTER Payment. Please consider that, there are several pages including the Profile Page, Membership Page, ToS where we clearly mentioned that STARTER Members are not eligible for Extend Themes.
