    I am using Travel Extend theme to build an eCommerce website http://cradlecomfort.com.ng/

    I downloaded WooCommerce plugin and integrate it with the Travel Extend theme.

    In Travel Options > General, I select site layout with right sidebar and unchecked the “Full Width Layout for WooCommerce Pages” so as to allow the right sidebar to show on the WooCommerce pages but I discovered that the right sidebar is pushed down on the WooCommerce pages.

    Please how can I fix this issue.

    We checked the latest version and is working OK in our testing environment. You are requested to download the Travel Extend again and check overwriting the theme files

    I am also using the latest version of Travel Extend theme 1.2 which I downloaded in September 2014.

    I have checked your Travel extend theme page, the information I got there is that the Current Version: 1.2 was Last Updated on: June 23, 2014.

    So what makes your own to work ok while mine is not ok?

    Theme may be any file or code missing in your theme. Sometimes, we change any minor issues like one comma or placeholder which is not reflected in the Theme Version. We are confirming that the Current Version doesn’t have such these issues.

    Please consider that We update our Themes as per the new requirements of WordPress and the change of Latest Technologies. You can download the Theme from Specific Theme Page if you have applicable Memberships with D5 Creation
