Simplify Extend, how do I change the font colors for the font styles Headings 1-6 and Paragraph? I’ve looked in Appearance/Editor/Styles/Stylesheet.css and style.color.css but I’m not sure if I’m in the correct location or exactly what I’m doing!
    Thanks for the help.

Users are advised not to edit the Theme Files like style.css because those will be overwritten during Theme Update. You can use the Appearance > Simplify Options > Colors or follow This Topic for any Styling.

Thanks for your response. Prior to asking for help I read, and followed the steps, in the link you sent. It was helpful explaining how to use the inspector and change the color of the header, but I don’t know how to use those steps to apply a global change so that on any page in the site that is using Heading 1-6 or the Paragraph style will be changed. Is that possible to do without compromising and updates?
    Thank you

If you read the Topic and follow the steps for using the Custom Code within Head Area box, that will not affect the Theme Update. Your change will be permanent until you will change the settings again.

Right, but how do I find the code to change the Heading 1-6 and Paragraph styles?
    Thanks

There are examples to show how to find. Please read This Article carefully first to last. That Article has answered the same question ‘how to find’. You can find the H1 to H6 styling there. You can also add H1 to H6 styling in the Custom Code within Head Area Box.

There is nothing special. If we shall find the H1 to H6 styling we shall also follow those techniques of That Tutorials.
