    Hi I have simplify extend which I purchased through my host provider – we’ve had it for about 3 ish years now and the slider has never worked on mobiles or tablets. I have the responsive mode ticked, and we’re not using the 3D slide, but still no joy on the slider working. It works fine on desktop though. Any ideas?

    Did you find The Demo Working with Smartphones ? Then you should upgrade to the latest version of the Theme. We can’t understand how your hosting provider sold the Theme to you. We don’t have any re-seller. Our DEVELOPER Members can design their client’s site with our Themes but can’t sell Themes Separately. If you paid them for Themes please contact them for further technical supports

    I’m not sure that we were sold the theme, we paid them to set up our website, and now we have control over it. How do I upgrade to the latest version of the theme?
