Thanks!!! I’ll look into it and test it. I’ll respond with the results. My apologies if the plugin you mentioned was a requirement for your Themes.

Also, I just sent an email with the snapshots from one of our phones showing before / after examples.

Let me know if you need anything else.

    UPDATE:

Doing more review, I’ve learned your Simplify Extend has the same trouble with the menu. However, it does this AFTER a person closes the top menu bar with the “Purchase Now” icon. This was found using an iPhone 5 with iOS7. As mentioned before, the menu acts the same on the Android.

To make it more clear, I’ll respond to your email with snapshots from the phone showing each situation.

Hope this helps with troubleshooting the situation. Let me know how I may help.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the response and helping to troubleshoot! Your answer is different than what I’m viewing from your Theme/Header.php vs. viewing the Simplify demo. Let me explain.

The code in your Header.php is: <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width” /> This is also what I see when viewing the code when looking at my website.

    The code displayed in your Simplify Extend demo is: <meta name=’viewport’ content=’width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=no’ />

    Why is it different?

Your question, “check your Plugins disabling one by one”.
My Answer: I removed every plugin and still have a display issue. Basically, it is just the Simplify Theme. This was done at http://www.eolanaagency.com. This will help you understand it is not a unique issue for my websites.

Also, as a registered developer, I’ve opened a Technical Support ticket on this item.

    Thanks for the help!

There are 6 websites using this same theme that I managed. A couple of them have the parent menu set as #. All have the same problem with the menu.

When looking at the demo version of Simplify, the viewport settings on your site seem to be different from the delivered code. Help understanding why they’re different would be appreciated.

Should I open a ticket to have someone help troubleshoot?

I’m having a similar issue. This is across iPad, iPhone and Android phones. The secondary menu always loads open and can’t be closed.

The issue seems to be how the pixel size is being defined for the device via the viewport meta name. For the iPad, I resolved it using the following code:<meta name=’viewport’ content=’width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=no’ />

The expanded menu issue on smartphones still is happening. The website is: http://www.cornerwines.com

Any help to resolve it is appreciated.

You’re right. It’s my monitor with Chrome. The same PC using IE does not show the vertical lines. This is solved. Thanks!

For the second question about timing of the slider transition, please explain which value to update on the Slider menu in Simplify Options.

It’s still at our test website: http://www.theapolloteam.com/eolana/wordpress/
