It is $59.99 and I can choose this one theme?
If I HAVE to go to extended, can I have it and the basic version installed at the same time so I can switch back and forth when I have time to update the extended version?
I don’t have the extended version. I have made several mods/ fixes to the theme. Would suck to have to redo them if I had to update.
That causes it to not have a page on the Desktop version as well. I only want to make that happen for mobile.

That is because I already modified the code. In your style.css, I removed the width = 100% to make the images appear the right size and then added !important to your calculations for the width to stop the columns from wrapping prematurely.
Your theme still has the bug.

Check the hunting pictures and fishing pictures pages. Both have standard WP galleries with images set to thumbnails at 150px x 150px. You can tell it is using the 150px pics as they are fuzzy, but they are showing much larger. And as each gallery is set to a different number of rows, the thumbnails show up as different sizes.
