D5 CreationWe are confirming you that Theme can accept any HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, iFrame etc. in the Banner Video. We didn’t find any problem in Theme.
In your case, your banner video box may be using wrong code or it may be a caching issue. You can try clear your browser caches. It may be raised from any Plugins too. Old version of video file is showing from any caching plugin or file directory. These are not related with Themes. Themes don’t have any control over file upload and delete system. Those are controlled by WordPress Core or Plugins. In that case you should clear/purge the cache. You should also check the codes and make sure those are proper.
Some old IE Versions may not support HTML5. If you consider those IE versions you should YouTube Video instead of HTML5 video.

D5 CreationThe Video Should be .mp4 format. Please consider that These are not Theme Issues. Theme can accept any HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, iFrame etc. in the Banner Video. You should use proper HTML5 or other supported formats there.
We have also found that you are using the link http://miclending.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/realtyabc10.mp4 for video but there is no such file. The link is generating a 404 Not Found Error.
D5 CreationWe can find the Video in Your Site as expected without any issue. You may have old browser cache/history. You should clear the Browser Cache/History.
Unfortunately, we don’t work with Video Editing. You can find one searching Google.

D5 CreationThere is any Caching Plugin in your site. You should purge the cashes or disable the caching plugin. The site is showing from the cache, not form the database. It doesn’t affect to a new theme because the theme has not cached yet.
BTW, what is your site url? You can also provide the Site URL, One Temporary Admin ID and Password Here if you want us to check your site.

So Far we know you didn’t download the Easy Extend Theme. If you want the Slides for CORPORATE Theme you can do it in two ways.
You can show the Slides either from the images of WP-Admin > Appearance > CORPORATE Options > Slides or can show from Posts/Pages.
FROM OPTIONS:
You can upload images in the WP-Admin > Appearance > CORPORATE Options > Slides and Save Options
or FROM POSTS/PAGES
You can upload only one Featured Image in a post/page. You can use the Featured Images for all posts which you want to show in the Slider. Suppose You have the following Posts/Pages
1. A nice article 01
2. A nice article 02
3. A nice article 03
4. A nice article 04
5. A nice article 04
You can add only one Featured Image for First Post. But you can add Featured Images for all the 5 posts separately. Then if you check the box Sow in Slides for 1, 3, 4, 5 posts those will be shown in the Slide. 02 will not be displayed in the Slide.

D5 CreationYou have full freedom to use the size. The maximum size will be the container / content size. It is your decision how you will add the ads. If you use image and if it will be larger than the container in width, the image will be automatically adjusted with the container to 100%. If you use javascript ads like Google AdSense the ad has pre defined width. You can use HTML to set the position to left, center or right. Because the Theme is Responsive, the width is dependent on Device Screen. So, we can’t specify any dimension in pixel. It is you who will take the decision about the Ad Size.
