    We advise users not to activate the Responsive Layout because Responsive Layout will not be like the Full Layout. There are various factors behind these. The width of the Theme is only 930px when most of the modern small devices have more than 1050px resolution

    Unfortunately the Free Version don’s support HTML in text boxes. It is mandatory to escape all user input data for WordPress.org Themes. So no HTML will be accepted in Text Fields. You can find HTML box for Extend Version

    Please consider that Post Editor and the features are controlled by WordPress Core. You should Set Post Author during your post published manually. Theme doesn’t control the timing.

    You will not get any notice for Update for any Paid Themes. WordPress provides notice only for the Free Themes hosted in their repository. You can check the Theme Versions in our Theme Page.

    In Extend Version there are options where users can input custom styling. Thus Theme Update doesn’t affect the custom styling.

    We recommend not to edit the Theme Files. You can do any styling without editing the Theme Files. This Tutorial may help you figuring the styling.

    We don’t know where did you edit. If you edit in an theme file, you should overwrite all theme files. Overwriting all theme files will not remove any of your posts, pages, menus, contents etc.

    The problem you are describing is not a problem of the Theme. That may be a problem of wrong Installation process. Thousands of users are using Business Line Theme worldwide without any issue.

    Please Contact Here with your Paid User Name/ID, E-Mail and Site URL. You are also requested to provide the Sale Number. We must help you figuring the problem you are facing with installation though it is not a Theme Issue, but, we need the information. We hope that you will understand and cooperate us.

    We understand your issue but we can’t regenerate the issue in our test environment. We also found that your Theme is Backdated. You should Update The Theme to the Latest Version. Update will not remove your contents.

    We didn’t find any problem in your site. What is the problem actually? Can you Please show some screenshots? We are finding your site like this. If you want Full Site for all devices you can Uncheck the Responsive Option from Simplify Options. The Theme width is 930px when most of the modern devices have more than that resolution.

    Your installation process is not right. Theme has no problem.

    BTW, we found that you are a FREE Member. How did you get the Extend/Pro Version? It is very unexpected to claim on Themes when that type of problem is not related with Themes.

    We may assist you more if you provide the Paid User ID or E-Mail. The problem you are facing can be occurred for various reasons but those are not related with the Theme anyway. Business Line Theme is fully working and Thousands of Sites are running on this Theme worldwide.

    You can disable the Responsiveness. The width of the theme is smaller than the width resolution of maximum modern devices.

    The Social Links should be full prefixed like http://facebook.com/d5creation

    The Upload button should work without any reason. The Upload system is a WordPress Core Feature. That is dependent on JavaScripts and jQuery. Your computer should have support for these.

    You should use Small Business Extend. Extend is the ultimate version. We shall not upgrade the Pro anymore because we have discontinued the STARTER ans ADVANCED Membership. We have sent you the Extend Version in your E-Mail. Please install that just like a new one. All of your settings will remain same.

    For Static Page you should set to show the page or posts from Appearance > Small Business Options and Settings > Reading.

    Please consider that a WordPress Site has mainly 03 components. Those are WordPress Core, Themes and Plugins. We deal with Themes. The Menus are WordPress Core Feature, not Themes. You can configure the Menus easily from WP-Admin > Appearance > Menus

    Facebook has a minimum size for Images. Your image width should be more than that. You can also control that image using any related plugin. This is not a Theme Issue.

    Please consider that All of these are WordPress Core Features, not the Themes. You can find lots of tutorials for WordPress Post. You can add many images within Post. If you can’t do in Visual Mode you can switch the Editor in Text Mode.

    For automatic Left alignment of inserted image you can change the right to left from Line 40 of functions.php
