This is a issue of the Free Version from the Last Update. We shall fix this in the next version. By this time, please replace the Line: 52 from the header.php . You will find the header.php file selecting from the Right Part of Appearance > Edit

Unfortunately, You can’t show the posts in the Featured Boxes area. But, you can show the posts in the Front Page like Blog Style configuring from General Options

If you want to show the posts in Featured Boxes area you need to customize the Theme.

Please consider that All of the WordPress dynamic data is stored in a MySql Database, not in any theme files. So, you will not loss anything like posts, pages, menus, settings etc.

WordPress Menus are controlled by WordPress Core, not by our Themes. It is WordPress System that when you install and activate any new theme, WordPress shows the pages as the Menu Items. You can set your own Menus from WP-Admin > Appearance > Menus > Menu Locations. It is a 2/3 mouse clicks matter.

You need not re-do anything. All are stored in your database. Don’t worry please. In Small Business Extend you can select which posts can be shown in Slide and Blog Index of Front Page. All posts/pages may not be important. Please follow This Article for Slide Setting.

Please consider that This is not a Theme Issue. The Styles and/or fonts are not loaded with the site properly. You can try re-installing the Theme in the present location. We encourage to make any styling change using This Technique. Thus Theme re-install/update/upgrade doesn’t affect the site customization.
