http://www.XXXXXXXX.XXX/cms/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js
Both of these jquery files are listed in the page’s source code. WordPress builds these pages automatically so it’s not just a simple matter of editing basic HTML.
I’m told by the author of the Glossary plugin that if I disable the second one it works like a charm. He said, “As you can see, this is a problem caused by neither our plugin nor the 3rd party script.”
I’ve additionally been told that if I temporarily switch my Simplify theme to a basic theme such as Twenty Twelve I will see if that fixes the issue. If it does, the theme is to blame and the theme can be edited to remove the conflict. I switched themes as suggested and it completely healed the problem I was having in getting the full functionality of the Glossary plugin I’m using. I don’t know what I should edit to remove the problem with Simplify.
The problem is, I don’t know what it is about Simplify’s coding that is causing the page to load two different conflicting versions of jquery. If I don’t fix this problem I’ll be stuck with a page having 2,284 glossary terms instead of just a few starting with just the letter A and NONE of the anticipated Tooltip text is showing up on any term whatsoever. In other words, Simplify appears to have almost completely broken this plugin. This long a scrolling page is intimidating to new visitors to the page.
HELP!!
We follow WordPress Coding Standards. It is mandatory for the Themes “Themes are required to use core-bundled scripts, if using such scripts“. We can’t break the WordPress Theme Standards. Please provide the link to the Plugin Author and advise him to use the core bundled script rather than any external link.
I tried finding the location in Appearance, Simplify Options, Color SEttings, and in the CSS section… but this isn’t correct. Can you reply to me at (www.towers4you.com) using Simplify theme on where I insert this (specificially on how to get to it in wordpress). Sorry… i’m not folloiwng; Please insert the following code in the Custom Code within Head Area of Theme Options after changing the color code.
You can do it by two ways. Follow any of the following images. We think there is no need to describe but the image will be enough.
OR
We are sorry for late responding. Please input the following code in the Custom Code within the Head Area of CORPORATE Options.
Every time I upload a picture to a page or a post I get a grey border and a shadow around the image. Any image.
Please see the check box and the red x in the attached picture.
Thanks.
Please mention the Theme Name and Site URL.
As I understand it, even if I change ((I will not do it promised;-)), so I have a backup backup, when y ‘will an update, I put my back and put your update will be in force and bring me my backup my site as it is right now with the changes I made to edit the Theme Files?
Thank you for your availability.
I will study your tutorial
Greetings!
Yes, you should keep a backup of the edited files before overwriting the updated files.
As a beginner in the subject Kabbo I’m going to make changes in the editor sheet sytle.
What can I do to not lose in a future update?
I do not want to start all over again …
the website is:
http://www.electrolyseannielavalliere.com
Thank you your media
Chrysantheme
We request the users not to edit the Theme Files. You can edit the styling from the Theme Options. If you didn’t edit the Theme Files you will not lose anything during update. You should keep backups if you edit any theme files because those will be overwritten during update. Your posts, pages, contents, menus theme settings will not be affected anyway during Theme Update. This Tutorial may help you.
I am having the same issue as above and I don’t believe it has anything to do with wordpress settings.
It’s pretty simple – When you click on a post in recent posts, it comes back with (APOLOGIES, BUT THE PAGE YOU REQUESTED COULD NOT BE FOUND. PERHAPS SEARCHING WILL HELP)therefore is seems the mapping to the post is not working.
Please provide a fix as this is a pretty basic.
Thanks
The permalink structure of your site is not correct. We are sure that the problem is not from our Themes. All of our themes have been tested and working without any issue. Please be sure that all of our themes have been approved by WordPress Theme Review Team after passing all the requirements of Theme Standards.
We can check your site but it is subject to Custom Service.
Therefore, could you please you either let me pay a modest fee for help with customizing the code for the site I have already built or else just tell me how to modify the code on my existing site to allow blockquote italics and paragraph breaks. The second options is my preferred route, of course.
Thank you
As it will require custom coding and that is not covered by our Free Member’s support policy you can take the Custom Service Opportunity.
Is this the level of support I should expect? That’s like asking “did you plug your computer in? You computer won’t turn on without electricity”.
I think you should check to see if your support system has been hacked because I can’t believe anyone would ask a such a question.
Best regards,
Tom
We are sorry for any inconvenience but we have previous experiences that Developer users didn’t activate the Extend Edition of Themes. Please write to with the Site Url, One Temporary Admin ID and Password so that we can check your site and find what happened in your slider settings.
Please tell hem how to modify the code for blockquotes in two ways.
1) Show italics.
2) Show paragraph breaks.
Ideally, I’d like a way to make these css changes in a way that will survive theme upgrades.
Thanks!
Judah
The only way of Free Version is to edit the Theme Coding which we don’t encourage. Pro and Extend Versions have Theme Options to do these.
Even when changing the icon images in the images folder, the icons are still the original ones. Is there somewhere else these image files are actually being pulled from?
We see that your Membership Status is FREE. Free Version of Small Business has no social icons.
If you read the promotion carefully you will find “Only a few numbers of Starter Membership will be awarded every month among the participants by lottery.”
We wish you will win the Membership.
Thank you.
We and all the DEVELOPERS test the sites with any Standard Browsers. Unfortunately IE doesn’t maintain all the Coding, HTML and CSS Standards. We have checked Simplify Extend and found all the codes are Standard and there is no reason for not working of sub menus. You can try adding the following code in the Custom Code within Head Area of Simplify Options.
We have also tested your site with Modern.IE and found no coding problem.
body { color: #000000; }
</style>
This is just a sample code. This will not change all the elements. You should inspect the elements using firebug and can put them between the <style> and </style>. So the code will be as follows:
body { color: #000000; }
Code from Inspect Element by Firebug.
</style>
Did you try the Color Settings of Simplify Options? You can change almost all the colors of Simplify Extend from there. You should activate (check the box ) in the Color Settings Tab before saving. Hundreds of users are doing such this way without any issue.
If you want us doing these we will be happy to do these for you. You can take our Custom Service Opportunity for these.
Replace the above code with the following:
Hello,
We see that you are not using the latest version of Theme. Anyway you can fix this using the following code in the Custom Code within Head Area of CORPORATE Options.
Thanks

Nor does he like the “blue” color that show on the links (calls it “Baby-Blue), but
never told me what he does like….maybe something a bit darker?
He is considering dropping the use of this template altogether if I can’t create
something that he likes. Part of the issue is that I don’t have any “soft-sell” or
marketing verbage about the company, the people, the “mission” and things like
“our company focuses on YOUR problems, finding solutions to impossible problems”…
stuff like that.
I had been concentrating solely on the “nuts and bolts” of the site, getting his product line
listed, and all of the models in each product line, etc, etc….I hadn’t done any work on the
“this is our company and why we are the best choice for you” kind of stuff. I figured we would deal with
that later.
So for the short-term, like today, if we can get the colors changed, this might help. If I need
your custom support for this please advise. There may be some other tasks to do, but would rather that
be confidential. I tried my best to make some of these changes in the code, but it never took….admittedly, I may not know what I’m doing.
Thanks for your help and advice.

Hello,
You can use the Color Settings Tab from Simplify Options for Color Changing of the Site. All the color codes are given there. You should check the activation checkbox to activate the color settings.
You can do any change within Theme Options because these will not be affected during Theme Update. But some options are not recommended because those may change the Theme’s visual appearance and combinations. But you may do those if you can handle those effectively. You can copy any code block from the style.css file and use that in the Custom Code within Head Area of Theme Options between starting <style> and closing </style> tag like:
<style>
body { color: #000000; }
</style>
You can provide us Site URL, one Temporary Admin ID and Password to our E-Mail so that we can check your site and your customization. You can still take our Custom Service Opportunity if you require.
Please ask your client to supply any image, screenshot or sample website what he needs.
Thanks
Can you please tell me how to change my theme color from the default aqua green to purple/violet color please. I downloaded the corporate lite theme from WordPress and my entire rebranding is centered around “Purple Passion” Please help as we are scheduled to go live with our relaunch 5/29/2013

CORPORATE Pro and Extend Version has 09 Color Schemes including Purple Color.
I am not sure if anyone else has had this issue with their D5 Creation Small Business Theme. Nothing is wrong when you are in the main page, but when you start clicking on each page individually, you will see a floating text “this account has been suspended”.
I’ve tried searching in index.php and page.php to remove the offending text, but no luck. Is there any reason why this has suddenly appeared in all pages (except the main index page)?
Has anyone had this problem as well?
Thanks for your help đ
This is not a Theme Issue.

As you might see, I’m getting a strong broad black line under my slider images, which I assume are supposed to be a reflection effect.
I was unable to keep my images to the “optimum” size you recommend, so I’m wondering if that’s the cause. Should I try to delete and then reload these images? I can do without the reflection if need be, tho it would be nice to have it.
Also, I assume the series of dots under the slider photos (in the demo) are specific to the 3D slider effect? (I want to see if my client says anything about the slider photos being too “busy” before I attempt the 3D effect).
Would also like to try some background images, and sorry for the newbie question, but can you recommend the pixel size for background images?
My apologies if these have been answered elsewhere.
So far, I’m having no problems with your theme, and I like it very much….though you can see I’ve barely gotten much done so far.
(I had first tried a template from “Elegant Themes” and it was a NIGHTMARE!)
Best Regards,
Patrick McLoad
You will find the perfect image size besides the upload/remove button of the images. You can remove the bottom reflection using the following code in the Custom Code within Head Area of Simplify Options.
You can control the Slider Effect/Transition speed from Simplify Options. Please find those under Slider Settings Tab.
Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions.
One suggestion for you: You can use Custom Menu. Thus you will be able to show Parent and Child Menus in Top and Sub Menu containers.
She added the following code in the Custom Code within the Head Area of Simplify Options.
Hello,
Simplify has 04 Slide Effects. Only the 3D Side requires Adobe Flash Player. If your device has Flash Player Installed the Slider should run. Please consider This is not the Theme Issue, this is the issue of flash on your device.
If you also set the Responsive Layout the Slider may not be shown in small screen/resolution devices. You can check withour activating the Responsive Layout from Simplify Options.
We found the following text in the cnet website. You can read and Download from This Location
Most people know about the lack of support for Flash on the iPad and iPhone, but Flash is alive and well on Mac OS X with the Adobe Flash Player for Mac. As the app name suggests, this is a player for Flash 11 videos for Mac OS X 10.6 and higher. Adobe Flash Player for Mac is a browser plug-in and allows viewing of Web sites with Flash videos embedded in them to appear on the Mac OS. You won’t find Adobe Flash Player for Mac on the App Store (thanks to the dispute between the two companies) but you can get it from the Adobe and many download sites.
Flash 11 is the latest version of Flash from Adobe, and Adobe Flash Player for Mac supports all the features of Flash 11 including filters and effects and false 3D. Since a considerable number of Web sites rely on Flash, having the ability to view these videos using Safari or other Mac-compatible browser allows Web sites to appear as the developers intended. In testing, Adobe Flash Player for Mac worked as advertised, playing Flash videos inside our Web browser without intervention, although we did experience freezes of a few videos on some sites (randomly, it seems) that required a refresh of the site to overcome. Curiously, most of the issues were while using Firefox.
Adobe Flash Player for Mac isn’t the only Flash player available for the Mac, but it’s the official release from Adobe. For the most part it worked great, but the random lockups are a bit worrisome. Still, that’s better than not having any Flash support on the Mac at all.
This Forum Discussion may help you, too.
There are another 03 slide effects which are not dependent on Flash. But those are not like 3D Slide. Those are nice and you can see one of those slide Effect in our [urlhttp://demo.d5creation.com/wp/themes/d5businessline/]Business Line Theme.
Thanks
I am just now beginning to build a website for a client using Simplify Extend.
This company sells “aerial man-lifts”, and consequently, many of the photos of
where the lift boom is extended (working high on a building or in a tree) are
vertical, NOT horizontal.
I have not yet inserted any of this photos yet, but was just wondering if I can use
vertical photos without having to reduce them to horizontal format, making the image
in the photo quite small.
Thanks for any tips or suggestions.

You can set the Width and Height of the Slider from WP-Admin > Appearance > Simplify Options > Slider Settings
You can use any images with any measurement within Posts and Pages.
We see that you are a DEVELOPER Member. You can download and use the Extend Version. Extend Version has Color Customization Options, Color Settings. You can implement any color change there. You can also implement any styling, javascript, html in Custom Code within Head Area. You will find both of those within Small Business Options. You can use custom CSS in the Custom Code within Head Area using starting and closing style tag like the following:
body { color: #AAAAAA; }
</style>
We advised users not to edit any theme files directly as they will be overwritten during next theme update if you don’t preserve any backup of your previous customization. But styling within the Theme Options will not be affected anyway.
Three (3) questions for you
1) What is the correct PHP entry to remove those two items, but keep the color formatting, and use the WYSIWYG type Editor.
2) Is there a way to have a blank header (no “home” type links in the header)
3) Is there a way to have link in the header exclusive for that page (version putting links at the bottom of the page like i did)… refer to http://recruityourkid.com/levihagen/
Thanks,
You need not touch the Theme Files or PHP Coding. You can simply implement some CSS Styling for these, like you can add the following code in the bottom of your Specific Page Editor selecting Text Mode.
We see that you have removed the header. Do you still need any assistance?
Unfortunately the link is not working.
Design Extend can set you own image instead of the default image.
Please provide the specific Page Url. Thus we may assist you.
I want to make a webpage for a client that is more or less an online resume (Photo, resume information, videos from youtube, etc..)
NO Sidebars
NO Header
Does not tie back to my site.
Thanks
You can do it easily using the Full Width Template during Page Creating/Editing.
By default all WordPress Pages and Posts contains the Comment Box. You can disable this during Post/Page Editing. The Extend Version of Small Business can manage these easily from the Small Business Options.
Yes, we have only Membership Options. STARTER and ADVANCED Members can download and use the Pro/Premium Themes and DEVELOPER Members can download and use the Pro/Premium and Extend Themes.
Please remember that these are WordPress Core Features and Simplify Theme is fully Ready to incorporate the Feature without any issue. Normally we check the Users’ Site Admin Panel for such these cases when they can’t configure the features properly. But Unfortunately It is not possible for us to do this for thousands of Free Users.
Yes, Category can be used as the Menu Items. Not only Category but you can also create any Text Menu with/without any link.

The menu is set up like this:
Furniture (PAGE)
Tabes (category)
End Tables (category)
Wall Storage (category)
So based on other blogs I have set up, when I create a post and tag it with the category name, ie “Wall Storage,” my understanding is that it should archive into the category page under the “Furniture” page, but it doesn’t seem to be happening. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks and I love the theme. Here is the site to refer to: http://www.mulliganmadefurniture.com
Custom Menu is a WordPress Core Feature. This Tutorial may help you. BTW, you are not using Simplify Extend. You are using Simplify Free Version.
This is not a Theme Issue. Please contact with the Plugin Author.
Thnx
This is a problem of embed coding. This Tutorial may help you fixing that.

Can somebody tell me in which option names are stored options values for these strings?
Thank you very much!
You can easily translate those from Simplify Options.
I was wondering if there was a way to create sticky, or static posts to the front page of Small Business Extend?
I have tried “Visibility: Public, Sticky” with no success and I have tried a few plugins with no success.
If I could have posts visible from oldest first or just sticky them to my front page with new posts appearing below, it would solve my problem.
Thank you
You can implement the sticky option for any separate blog page but not in Front Page. You can order the posts for Front Page. Just change the date from Quick Edit like the image:
I do not understand your slider. And if I look at your previous explanation, even with the premium theme, I do not see the tabs Kabbo otpion show in slider and show in frontpage ?
You will find the KABBO Options under WP-Admin > Appearance > . Make Sure that the KABBO Extend is installed and activated.
You can do these from the WP Post/Page Editor. Just click/select the image and click on the Alignment Icons which you use for text alignment.
Thanx
For which part do you want to change the font?
You need to edit the front-page.php and put your Ad Code in appropriate position. It will require major customization. You can take our Custom Service Opportunity.
Please follow This Tutorial.
Please reply. I will not buy a premium membership unless I know that your themes work and consistently display the way they are supposed to display.
